1.Where do the products come from? Are the products genuine?

All products are from Amazon's overseas warehouse inventory. And we purchase these inventory backlogs at a 40% discount, so our price is cheaper than the retail price.
The products all have been sold on Amazon before and they do be genuine.
Besides, in order to maximize your interests, we also provide 15-days unconditional return service, truly risk-free shopping.

2.Why does Amazon have such inventory goods? And why the prices in your website are cheaper than that in Amazon?

It is because that due to the increasingly strict management of Amazon and the high VAT tax, many small and medium-sized sellers shut down their stores, thus leaving a large amount of inventory goods.
We have purchased a large number of stocks and some second-hand goods through various channels, and now directly sell to our customers. Because we are selling directly and there is no Amazon platform fee, so the price is cheaper.

However, we are actively filing, and once approved, customers in Europe can use PayPal to pay. That is to say, European customers can only pay with credit card currently. 4.What can I do if my payment fail?

Usually, the payment failure is due to the slow internet speed, so you can try again. If the payment status changes into "Processing", it means that the transaction is successful. If it fails again, please check your credit card information and personal information.

5.Why are the products in my shopping cart is unavailable at checkout?

That's because the product has no stock. In that case, you will receive a message on the page that "This item is unavailable" and you can remove the product from your shopping cart. Because our products are destocked in real time, you can only own it after you complete the payment.

1.Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order is not on delivery, please contact our customer service staff to cancel or change your order as soon as possible. But, if your order is already on delivery, the order can’t be changed.

2.How can I know about my order status?

When your order is confirmed, you will receive an order number. You can use it to search in our website to view your order details and logistics information.

3.Can I pay Cash on Deliver?

Sorry, we don’t do cash on delivery, it has too many problems. We only accept online payment.

6.About Inventory

 

1.Why do I get a message that the purchase behavior is invalid?

Since our products are all from the Amazon warehouse, the quantity of products in stock is different. Therefore, we have a certain limit on the amount of purchase, the amount of a single purchase must be between 50-200 euros, otherwise your purchase behavior is invalid.

2.Why are there restrictions on the amount of purchase?

On the one hand, we set the upper limit of the consumption amount to €200. It is because that after the previous market tests and research, the feedback data shows that our products are selling at a fast speed, and some of the best-selling products are quickly sold out, causing many consumers cannot purchase the products they like. The upper limit of the amount of consumption is set to allow more customers to enjoy our products and services. If you have a large number of products to purchase, please contact the online customer service.
On the other hand, we set the lower limit of the consumption amount to €50. It is because that in order to provide customers with the best logistics services and maintain the company's most basic operations, we finally decided this most reasonable minimum amount based on market feedback.

3.What can I do if the products I want have been sold out?

You can choose other similar products. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused for you.

 

7.About refund

When the returned item is successfully returned to the warehouse, we will begin to arrange a refund for you.

1.When can I receive the refund?

Refund process:

2.How do I apply for reimbursement for return shipping?

If the return is made for non-commodity quality reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by you personally.
If the goods are returned due to the quality of the goods, we will refund your return shipping fee after receiving the goods and confirming that it meets the return terms.
